The above rates are valid until June 1 each year. Thereafter, a membership for past MSA members increases by $5.00 for each class of membership. Five year memberships are available for 4 times the one (1) year membership rate. No memberships are accepted two weeks prior to a State Championship in which the past member plans to participate.
