Dedicated to the Promotion of Silhouette in Minnesota

Oakdale Gun Club will have a Free Clinic to new shooters on Saturday, April 19, 2008, from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon.

The purpose of the clinic is to introduce new shooters to the game of metallic silhouette shooting.

All interested shooters are invited to participate. Juniors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Participants must furnish their own firearm, ammunition, eye and ear protection. Centerfire or 22LR handguns with scope or iron sights are acceptable. We recommend a minimum 4" barrel on handguns, 8" to 15" is preferred.

The activities are divided into two segments, a lecture/discussion sequence followed by a brief outdoor shooting segment.

If you enjoyed the clinic, new shooters are invited to compete in the IHMSA sanctioned silhouette match.  A FREE entry certificate will be presented to those attending the clinic.
